The computers in your call center are controlled by a domain controller, and your agents can only dial - no games, no unnecessary installations, and no Internet is possible.
You will have a fully functional Lead Management Software.
All reports, web pages, and advantages of the Lead Management Software are available on ONE COMPUTER ONLY!
