Predictive Dialer - Dispatch a Salesman to a Lead
Once a lead is produced and the appointment is confirmed, a salesman should be sent to that lead.
The Dispatcher takes care of this task through the Dispatch module. It provides lists of confirmed appointments, a list of salesmen, their their availabilities.
The Dispatcher can see the address on Google Street View or Bing with one click and see valuable information on Zillow.com. The Dispatcher can also check reverse address or phone at 411.com.
Once a salesman is chosen, the Leads Management Software sends a SMS (text message) with the appointment information to the salesman.
The Dispatch Leads module keeps track of all appointments, waits for results, and -- once sold -- sends the lead to production.
