Many leads generated at the call center floor are invalid for a variety of reasons. To keep the call center efficient, the room manager is the first to see every lead produced and validates its technicalities--that the address is correct, that there is a product, and that the call seems reliable (room manager can instantly listen to the recordings).
When the room manager decides that a lead is valid, he/she forwards it to confirmation.
